Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club/Multiple Sclerosis Honda VT1300CX Motorcycle Raffle

Conditions of Entry

1.	Competition opens 01 March 2010 and closes 31 August 2010.
2.	Entry is by purchase of a raffle ticket either directly or through Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club (hereafter called the promoter)

3.	10,000 (ten thousand) tickets are available for sale for $10.00 per ticket.
4.	Entries close at 8am AEST on Tuesday 31 August 2010.
5.	The draw will take place the Multiple Sclerosis Australia (ACT) 117 Dennison Street, Deakin, ACT on Tuesday 31 August 2010 at 12 midday.
6.	The first valid ticket butt drawn from the entries will win one only 2010 Honda VT1300CX motorcycle ACT registered for 1 year, 
on road costs and transferred into the winners name.
7.	The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.	The winner will be notified:
a.	By telephone immediately after the draw
b.	By registered mail at first practical mailing opportunity
c.	By public notice in the Canberra Times on 1 Sept 2010.
9.	The winner is responsible for collecting of the prize from the Canberra Motorcycle Centre, Newcastle Street, Fyshwick, ACT
as soon as practicable after prize availability date of Friday 3 September 2010.
10.	The promoter is not responsible for transport or transport costs.
11.	The promoter are neither responsible nor liable for any changes in the value of the prize occurring whilst the raffle in is progress.
12.	The prize is not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13.	If the prize winner is under the age of 18 the motorcycle will be registered in the name of the winner' parent or legal guardian.
14.	The promoter is not responsible for any mechanical, body or paint repairs from the date and time of delivery.
15.	The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or inconsequential loss) 
or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16.	Ticket refund is available if required following communications between promoter and purchaser, prior to the completion date of the raffle.
17.	If tickets are bought by Cheque. The purchased tickets will not be sent until cheque has cleared. Cheque purchases close 20 August 2010,
so that cheques can be processed.
